F&S was hired by Rafael Vinoly Architects perform a multitude of trades to build a new office from the raw empty shell of the 31st floor at 375 Pearl Street. Collaborating with the team at RVA was an eye opening experience.

We added a mezzanine level within the 23’ high floor plate. This work included a new floor system made up of structural steel, decking and concrete and the addition of two new steel staircases.

A new 500 SF terrace was carved out of south east corner of the building overlooking the Brooklyn Bridge and Downtown Manhattan.

F&S was also responsible for the installation of all ornamental glass and metals as well as the installation of custom-made furniture and millwork.
