Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle, F&S built a new modern street-level retail expansion to an existing 30-story residential tower. Along with the expansion, F&S updated amenities, repositioned a new entrance lobby and created a shared outdoor landscaped roof terrace above the expansion.
In addition to performing as the Construction Manager, F&S self-performed all demolition, sitework, concrete, masonry, and structural steel work.
