F&S was hired by Blackstone Group to manage and install the required work necessary to raise 2 high rise elevator cars an additional stop to accommodate a new lease agreement. With the work performed in an occupied building, F&S managed the logistics and phasing while self-performing all demolition, concrete, structural and miscellaneous steel, scaffolding and carpentry work. Under pressure to fulfill their lease obligations and deliver the space with elevator access to a new tenant, Blackstone counted on F&S to meet the deadline. F&S delivered the project several weeks early.
