F&S Contracting designed and built the renovation to this Tribeca warehouse turned loft apartment. Outdated bamboo floors and an inefficient floor plan was corrected by reconfiguring the apartment and laying new wide plank oak flooring throughout. A custom poured concrete shower along with new custom millwork and a state of the art home automation system gave this space a modern, clean update.
