3000 SF, Duplex Apartment located in SOHO. F&S was contracted to design-build a complete gut renovation of the property. All interior finishes, walls, ceilings and floors were demolished and rebuilt. The apartment was reconfigured to include two en-suite bathrooms, an additional bedroom and an enlarged kitchen. The project includes the restoration of historical doors, windows and interior masonry.
