After purchasing this asset, Stellar Management hired F&S to gut renovate the unoccupied commercial floors in the building. F&S striped the existing finishes down to the original 1912 construction.

The new builds were a restoration of the existing construction with a modern twist. All steel, brick and windows were cleaned and refinished. A new custom steel storefront was installed as partitions throughout.
