F&S was contracted by Rudin Management to perform all concrete work in the reimagined gardens that surround the building. Work included several miles of retaining walls, new slabs on grade, new stairs and new sidewalks. F&S was also contracted to perform all above ground insulation, drainage and lightweight fill.

The challenge of this project was coordination. The retaining walls received imported prefabricated granite cladding which serve as the dividers between different spaces within the garden. With all custom furniture built into these spaces and the granite prefabricated, the coordination between trades was crucial to ensure that all walls were placed in its precise location and built at the correct thickness and height. By using in house 3d modeling, scanning and surveying F&S was able to successfully deliver the project surpassing expectations.
