When the owner of this apartment bought this pre-built apartment, typical with many of today's new construction, no changes from the model were permitted prior to occupancy. Although the penthouse was new, some architectural choices did not match the owner’s aesthetic and daily needs.

F&S was hired to transform the apartment into a modern masterpiece. The creative owners and F&S collaborated to enhance the finishes throughout the penthouse including new bathrooms, millwork, wall finishes, lighting and a fully automated whole house experience.
