An exploding digital advertisement agency was planning to relocate it’s offices to DUMBO. They signed a lease at the Empire Stores. A once coffee roasting warehouse, the building was recently rehabilitated and expanded into a commercial building while maintaining its historic character.

The creative advertising company needed a general contractor with the expertise and vision to collectively collaborate and think outside the box. Through productive brain storming activities, the team developed unique methods to design and build unique furniture, custom finishes and lighting to enhance the creativity of the environment while maintaining the raw charm of the building.
