F&S Contracting rehabilitated the façade of this historic apartment building and redeveloped the front entrance. Work included new entrance ramps, new stone cornices, stair and treads, ornamental wrought iron fencing and canopy, granite sidewalk and curb and replacement historic windows and doors.
